Add “select all” box for available skills in the skill to agent interface on WxCCE portal

Log in to portal

Click Skills -> Skill to Agent

Choose Agent

Expected - Select All box present for both Assigned Skills and Available Skills

Actual - Select All box only present for Assigned Skills

This would be a feature request. I think it covers a somewhat narrow use case, which is probably why the box isnt there in the first place. There is no bullseye workaround. With that said, they could consider using a templated agent/supervisor when building new agents/supervisors. The template agent will be pre-skilled to the desired skill groups. You reference that template agent when building the new agent ( either through the clone or bulk tool) which results in your new agents being skilled to all of the desired skill groups when they are built. If the business is constantly adding/removing skills from agents, and there is any consistency to the skills that they add/remove on a recurring basis, then they could consider using the scheduled skilling tool to automatically add/remove skills a recurring schedule. This would alleviate the user from having to manually choose the skill groups they wish to assign to an agent.
