Add ACD Total Call Time Agent to the XSI API for improved visibility of Agent performance

For the event 'xsi:CallCenterAgentMonitoringSubscriptionEvent' we get 'xsi:averageACDCallTime' value for each agent. Our customers have requested to see ACD Call Time as well. Which will help customers to understand how their agents are performing each day.
