A user from customer IG Prognosis (shobhanjali.ranganathan@ir.com) is requesting that the current limits to the cdr_feed API be increased. Here is the use case:

"We are working on a monitoring solution which would retrieve Webex calling data via the APIs and display it in our dashboards for our customers in as near real time as possible. So what we want is a reliable mechanism to retrieve all of the data in as near real-time as possible.

With the 500 item limit on cdr_feed every 5 minutes per organisation, call volume we can support is only 100 call legs every minute. If these calls involve transfer, forward, hold etc, then there could be several rows for one call.

I do understand that to ensure stability you need to have an upper limit on number of items returned, but perhaps it could be increased by 3-4 times? Either that, or you could allow for a request every minute instead of every 5 minutes?"
