Specify specific Caller ID number for outbound calling

Looking for a way to specify specific outbound Caller ID numbers for different departments.

Currently all outbound calling displays the outbound phone number of the location and it doesn't appear to be a way to specify a specific phone number for multiple phones that are in different departments.

    I'm having this exact same problem, with SR 696225843 open about it right now.


    No progress, just push back saying "Unfortunately by design that is not possible. The Outbound Caller ID is set per location".


    Weird that I could do it with UCM on prem, and others with net2phone and 3CX do not have this limitation.

    We have customers requesting this feature. To limit the ability to set the callerID to a single location and not be able to set the main number to different phones across the environment is very lacking. Please fix it.
