Option to disable calling lock with default password

Recent version of RoomOS 11 added an additional security feature which locks the endpoint from calling until the passphrase is changed from the default (IE, blank password). This can be inconvenient; for example, in MRA deployments where the admin password cannot be managed via CUCM. It would be good to have an option to disable this feature when needed.
