We are a third party software that integrates with Webex API. Consistently we receive rate limit exceptions from the API even though we are only sending a handful of requests at a time. This can make our interactions with Webex API unusable at times when we are being severely rate limited.

Additionally, the Calling Detailed Call History endpoint has an aggressive 1 call per organization every 5 minutes. This rate is very limiting and makes it impossible to gather an organization's call data if they have a high call volume.
