Removing deactivated accounts after searching from the search bar

The customer wants to add an option that he could remove the deactivated accounts from the searching on search bar, the affected users removed some users and if he searched on the removed user he found the user and under his name deactivated account

    I like this idea, but would prefer that there be a date in which the user was deactivated. Further it would be nice to have Control Hub auto delete deactivated accounts older than "x". We have contractors that sometimes leave and come back a few months later as either a contractor or an FTE, so there are situations where these accounts could be reactivated...hence a "deactivated" date.
