Allow re-ordering of webinar registration form questions

When adding questions to the webinar registration form, the user is unable to re-order the questions. This means the user has to add them in the exact order they want them to be the first time. If the user makes a mistake and forgets a question, or decides they want to add a new question later, they have to delete all the questions after the spot where the new question should go and re-add the deleted questions. This creates unnecessary burden and takes alot of time.
