WebEx Calling - Improve MPP Device Settings to control soft keys and physical buttons

Today you can create a default softkey layout for MPP devices (CP78XX and CP88XX) or define custom device settings for soft keys, but not for the physical buttons on desk phones. Lots of buttons do not work / are not compatible with WebEx Calling, and configuring these buttons (transfer, hold, conference) should be possible - or at least they should work the same way they work with Call Manager.
