Recording and Transcription: The solution should be able to automatically record and transcribe meetings across multiple video-conferencing platforms and dialers, as well as from audio files. This includes an ability to invite a dedicated 'Notetaker' to meetings, and generate transcripts within minutes.
Search and Review: AI-powered search functionality is required to swiftly locate specific content. The tool should allow the review of an hour-long meeting in just five minutes, and highlight key metrics, tasks, questions, and action items at a single click. Furthermore, users should be able to filter and listen to key topics discussed in meetings.
Collaboration Features: The platform should allow users to add comments, pins, and reactions to specific parts of conversations, create soundbites, and share notable moments from meetings. Additionally, it should enable sharing meeting notes to popular collaboration apps like Webex App and MS Teams.
Conversation Intelligence: We require the ability to analyze meetings for metrics like speaker talk time, sentiment, monologues, and more, for coaching purposes. We also need to track customizable topics such as objections and competitors. This will enable us to measure performance and improve our enagement, recruiting, and internal processes.
