Ability to override user's settings configuration on Call Queue/Hunt Groups

Given that if an agent has a forwarding set, this affects the CQ/HW, it would be beneficial to include the ability to choose whether or not to override the agent's settings when part of an active Call Queue/Hunt Group.

    When an agent has call forwarding, the call queue call still rings on the agent's number overriding the call forward.
