Tally airtime (talk time) of participants

WebEx provides some limited stats and insights... and perhaps one of the most glaring ones that would be helpful is to be share the amount of "activity" during a meeting by measuring "talk time" (something that is easy to do as WebEx detects this already by placing the "talker" in the primary window)
