Collaboration devices like cisco webex boards are often in shared spaces. If you use Webex (Teams), you currently have to start the meeting and then seperately open the space on the device. On leaving, you have to end the call, then remember to close the space.

There would be less friction if you could start a call in a space on a webex board, and have the space open automatically, then just start using the whiteboard and have it save to the space, and then close the space on ending the call. Closing the space automatically will ensure private collaboration stays in the space its supposed to, and not accessible to the next user of a shared device.
