You could also enhance this feature, that allows Webex to send you a personal message with a short clip of the last N minutes of the meeting, even if it was not recorded. The clip length could be up to one minute.
Also, if the meeting was recorded, Webex could mark the point where you requested the clip, so you can easily find it later. This mark would be visible only to you.
