Ability to completely disable meeting auto lock for the meeting site

Currently in the meeting site setting there is option to auto lock the meeting. If this is disabled, then the option for Webex users to change that setting will become enabled. Hence there is no way to completely disable meeting auto lock at the meeting site level. The only way to completely disable meeting auto lock right now is for the Webex user to disable meeting auto lock at the user meeting settings.

    @Tony Mulchrone We had a request from a customer to disable auto lock feature of personal meeting room for all users in an org. For some reason they desire to have insecure meetings (for convenience we assume). Currently there is no easy way to disable meeting auto lock for all users. Also there is no longer duration lock time to satisfy them. Longest is 20 mins currently.

    Hi Ricky - Can you describe why you would want to stop individual users from locking their meetings ?

    At Webex user meeting setting, the auto lock is defaulted to 5mins. If auto lock is disabled at meeting site level, then all users will auto lock meeting at 5mins unless manually disabled for each user.
