Limit the number of languages in list for subtitles and translation

If we activate the subtitles and translation option for a webex user, the first time the user has to select the preferred language from a list. Because our language is in the extended feature pack, the list contains all languages available and is very long, so our language is hard to find (somewhere to the bottom of the list). It would make life easier for our 110.000+ users if we could limit the list of languages (control it from control hub). Another option is being able to set our language to the top of the list (again from Control Hub)
