Ability to change Global Variable default value via a Flow

This particular idea comes from a site closure (Fire) scenario. If site needs to close quickly a caller can ring in, enter a PIN and then Press 1 to Open Site or 2 to Close site. When press 1 or 2, this would set a Global Variable that could then be checked by other Flows as calls come in. At present in Webex CC, if you set a Global Variable in a Flow, the next call into a Flow uses the Default value rather than any new value set.
