Users with multiple MPP desk phones would like to be able to set do not disturb on phone and not have it effect the other phones. For example, set do not disturb on a phone at home while their phone at the office is still available and able to receive calls. This was a feature on these phones when they were using on prem firmware with call manager, which has been lost after the MPP firmware upgrade and having them seutp on webex calling. At this time, setting do not disturb on one phone or one line sets it across all phones/devices. Disabling do not disturb services for the phone in control hub does not prevent this from happening.
