Webex CC 2.0 - Preserve the Agent Desktop Preferences (Theme and Notification Settings) Rather than Resetting at Sign-Out

Agents have the option to set their theme (Dark/Light) as well as various options for their Notification Settings. When the agent signs out of the Agent Desktop at the end of their shift and then signs back in at the start of their next shift, these settings revert to the system defaults.

The users Agent Desktop settings should be preserved in their browser cookies rather than being cleared on each new login. For any user who changes any of their personal settings it becomes a daily chore to update them.
