Per Meeting, Per User Welcome Messages in the Meeting Client

At the start of a meeting, a message that participants must read, that does go away in the meetings client until an "accept" or"OK" is clicked . The message would be specific to an individual meeting, not site or user.

    On a per meeting basis, before you can enter the meeting you are forced to read something and click OK. That something should be meeting specific.
