In Broadworks there is a user profile setting called "Enable directory privacy". This feature allows you to exclude yourself from Group and Enterprise Directory listings. Broadworks controls search results on registered devices but Webex app currently does not follow this Broadworks setting.

With this request Broadworks directory privacy settings shall be synchronised with Webex. This would lead to consistent search results for all end devices. Larger Business customers often use this privacy feature and violation may be considered as a compliance issue.
