Webex Call App(let) in Microsoft Teams for Calling in Webex App (UCM) needs a Voicemail button

Webex Call App(let) in Microsoft Teams for Calling in Webex App (UCM) needs a Voicemail button to the right of the Recent Calls button -- this is available in Webex Calling, but not Calling in Webex App (UCM) -- to display the visual voicemail list for Unity Connection.

Needed for feature parity when user chooses to use the Webex Call App(let) in Microsoft Teams and hide the Webex Client in the system tray.

Also needed is an E911 button to indicate location status and launch the Webex App's Location input pop-up window. (Have input a separate Idea for that.)

Neither of these functions is accessible currently in the Webex Call app(let) for MS Teams which displays Webex App calling buttons within the MS Teams skin in the app(let)'s Webex Call tab.

This is needed for feature parity for our user base, some utilize the Webex App directly with Calling in Webex App (UCM) and some utilize the MS Teams Webex Call app(let) for access and hide the underlying Webex App in the system tray.

This appears partially implemented in version 2.1. However, the Voicemail function, for UCM registered users, appears to depend on Cloud Connected UC from the on-premise Unity Connection cluster(s) to send metadata and audio files for playback up to the cloud to be accessed by the MS Teams "Webex Calling" app[let] user, while UCM Calling functions can be handled locally on the workstation/device through program calls to the co-loaded Webex App.

When the Webex App is not "hidden" through User and/or Org setting in Control Hub, the Webex App can access visual voicemail and playback of messages directly to Unity Connection on-premises or via Expressway.

Webex App > Settings pop-out can be called / opened from the Teams app[let] through the Teams > Webex Calling > Call Settings button.

Voicemail access for UCM/UnityConnection registered users may be better served by an optional button call to open a Webex App voicemail pop-out (rather than tab as used for cloud Webex Callng), to keep metadata and audio files isolated to the workstation/device requesting them and through established on-premise and Expressway network paths in the UCM/UnityConnection environment.
