Increase the space meeting participant limit

Currently, we can only have meetings in Webex Teams spaces if there are less than 200 participants. This is a really limiting factor for holding larger events, and we're forced to use awkward workarounds and other tools. Ideally, this would match the Webex Meetings limit, which I believe is 1000
