Add the edit button for the scheduling templates

We would like to have the option to edit a scheduling template on both control hub and the webex site.


The option was available on the previous version on the webex site but not this one (you may see the screenshot)

    Please check, this functionality still exists. As long as the template was created by the user, the user has ability to edit/delete the template.
