Expand Default Line Text Label Options

Right now there are 3 line text label options - "ext/user", "FirstLast", and "LastFirst". Unfortunately, ext/user uses the extension OR user, not both.

Most of my customers want 2 pieces of information on the line text label. When they walk up to a phone, they want to know what the extension is and whose phone it is. I can set this manually, one line at a time. But that is unmanageable when you are deploying hundreds or thousands of phones.
It would help to add options for "ext - FirstLast" and "ext - LastFirst" so that Bill Jones with x1001 could show as either "1001 - Bill Jones" or "Bill Jones - 1001" as a default option.
