When doing breakouts in Webinar center having option to have anyone unmute in breakouts

Instead of needing a cohost present in breakouts and having to manually unmute a raised hand, most breakouts need more interaction. I understand you can do this in meeting center, but sometimes webinar center is the best for having an event.

we just had a meeting with breakout rooms and it was a disaster. Webex, WHY would you set it up this way!?!?!
