Customer requests to add the function to control highlight on/off separately

Currently, the user has to turn off Webex Assistant in the meeting if he wants to turn off highlight.

it's very inconvenient, and There have security risks,because users can send their highlights to others.

The customer would like to have the Administrator Control the highlight on the system.
