Schedule ordering in selective forwarding

In my hunt group I want to forward all calls outside of business hours to an off hours auto attendant. I have a when to forward 24x7 with an exclusion for daytime working hours. I would also like to include holidays but I am unable to order the sheduling so that calls are directed to the AA on weekday holidays during the daytime. It seems the work around it to create a schedule for evenings, one for mornings and one for holidays. It also appears that I need to manually create thsee schedules in all of my locations. As a school district our hours change in the summer and it will be a bit arduous to edit all those individual schedules every June and September.
