Need that Video EndPoint Series DX 70/80

Need that Video EndPoint Series DX 70/80 registered on Cloud to Support 3x3 grid view.

Need that cloud-registered DX70/DX80’s support participant grid-view of at least 9 (3x3).

The customer have many VIP’s who use Webex Desk series endpoints - mostly DX70’s and DX80’s and one of the primary complaints is the fact that Webex cloud-registered DX70’s & DX80’s only support the display of up to 4 participants (2x2) on screen at a time.

Despite what’s stated in the article, when these same DX70/DX80 devices are registered on-premise, they can display up to 9 participants (3x3) at a time. 
Similarly, Desk Pros registered to the cloud support a 9 participant (3x3) view, while if they are registered on-premise they support a 16 participant (4x4) view.
