Webex Calling - API for SNR (Single-Number-Reach)

We are doing many on-premises migrations to Cloud Calling and one of the key customer features is Single-Number-Reach. The lawyer doesn't want to go into his personal settings again to configure the SNR (cellular) and for the admin it's a long manual job to configure one by one. This functionality would be important as part of automating the migration of mid and large customers.
