User story: As the user of the chatbot, I want the chatbot to let me know how many people (if any) that are ahead of me in the live chat queue.
Acceptance Criteria:
1) Given that customer want to speak to live agent
When chatbot transfer customer to the live chat queue
Then chatbot will indicate the queue number to customer.
2) Given that customer is in the queue
When the people ahead are being attended to
Then customer will know the updated position they are in the queue.
