Disable Multi Call Window Permanently

When you uncheck the box for the Multi Call window it doesn't stay disabled. Upon closing and relaunching the application it is enabled again. If you disable it, it should stay disabled until you want to enable it again. This is driving our users crazy.

    hi there, it sounds like a bug, but I cannot reproduce it on my PC.
    Which Webex app do you use? Have you opened a TAC case?
