Currently, the reset user access to Webex App option is available only on CH and via API requests. This option should be also available directly from the Azure Integration.
To clarify this request a little bit: Customer Manage their users via Azure. Users on Webex Control Hub are managed by SCIM Azure integration. When a user leaves the company, they are disabled/deleted on Azure. In the same time, user is set as inactive on Webex Control Hub via SCIM.
In this scenario user still receives push notification from webex app.
To prevent that, admin should reset token "manually" trough Webex Control Hub or via Webex API.
We expect to have this feature included in the SCIM / Webex Integration directly. So that user management can be done centrally via azure.
