An option to be able to export specific user's details

We would like to have an option to export a file where we can see a list of the active users or inactive ones and different details at will.

This option is available in reports but it would be easier to find if it was on the users tab.

    also i suggest to find a way to download users who they assigned in Queue .

    meeting ---- select site name --- settings --- WebACD --- Queues --- determine queue from the list --- go to the users --- Assigned to queue

    my suggestion is to find way to download this list after check select all
