Request support for message attachments in the Incoming Webhook

The incoming Webhook can only support plaintext or markdown message contents. It would be nice to add the attachment feature in the same way that /messages API. In our case we are trying to use the incoming webhooks to send relevant information from our Gitlab Pipeline results, Octate Test cases, Jira etc
