Allow Administrators to add cohosts and see upcoming meetings

I have a user that created a meeting and then left the organization some time afterwards. The user did not set a cohost to the meeting and now we will have to cancel that meeting and recreate a new meeting. Can Administrators get the ability to add cohosts to scheduled meetings?

Can we also have the ability to view the perimeters of the upcoming meetings such as who the host/cohost(s) are, time and date, and other features and have the ability to change these if the user set something up incorrectly or forgot to add cohosts?
