Have Webex Meetings Use Same Values for Initials As Webex App

Currently with on-prem AD Sync (directory connectors), Webex app is creating initials from the "givenName" & "sn" values (how it should be).

Webex meetings backend is currently creating initials using "Display Name" value using regex to possibly skip middle "group" to ignore any possible middle names. This causes issues for any organizations that have other data or formatting for their display names (example including "org").

Example:

AD DisplayName: "Jones, Tom Cisco" in AD would cause "JC" initials in Webex meetings.
