Adding shortcuts for Webex app || Windows

Customer is looking to add the below shortcuts:

-Change Status to DND via shortcuts (desktop shortcut)

2-Change Status to DND (customizable) via tasks in the taskbar icon menu 3-Automatick Change Status to DND when Windows is not logged in
