Public Spaces Disclaimer

Would like an additional disclaimer after clicking the create button. The lack of this currently causes some spaces to be made public unintentionally and the end user does not realize this. This results in our admins needing to review public spaces and correct for this weekly.

Alternatively, offer a way to change this from the admin console as I currently have to enter the space, change it, then leave the space which is time consuming.
