Pop-up in the foreground when phone service are not connected

Some customers have the problem that it is not recognized in time when Webex disconnects from the phone service.

E.g. by a disconnected network connection or by failure of the CUCM.

Here we would like to have an option in the settings to show a separate popup or a popup message in the icon tray to let you know.

It would also be practical if the "W" logo in the tray would change color.

Only an info window and a text in the lower left corner is visible which can easily be overlooked.
