To avoid Personal Identifiable Information (PII), privacy issue, anonymise the leader board(show to participants) in Slido; the actual names or email address of the users should not be visible to all.
The users should get an option to enter a different name and given a disclaimer regarding disclosure of personal information at their own concern if they wish to enter their actual details. Host to identify exact users based on email address to contact and reward them as per leader board ranking
