Add equal side by side recording as a standard recording option for Webex Meetings, Events and Webinars

recordings used to have an option to have equal content and active speaker on the screen, since moving to cloud, the active speaker window when content is being shown is very small. can we have an option to show the active speaker equal size to the content 50/50 split of screen size (scaled to match resoltuion where applicable)
