Caller ID name does not show in Webex Calling for Microsoft Teams

Customer has users in Azure AD synced to CH and their mobile numbers are added there, when those users make Inbound calls from their mobile numbers to Webex users, the caller name gets displayed on the Webex app, but not on the MS Webex.
