Webex-Users within the organisation should appear at the top of the search list

When searching for a person in the Webex client, the LDAP-synced contacts appear ahead of the internal Webex users. This is a problem when an organisation has many external contacts. Because internal users are often searched for. However, these appear lower in the search results. The person searching has to click on more each time in order to chat or phone with the internal person.
