Admin Transparent Document Storage Management

For Administrators, the management of Document Storage in control hub is sub-standard compared to the features available for Recording Management.

Document storage should offer a similar interface for mananging documents like what is currently available for recordings. Espescially when cosidering the important role of the site's available document storage for Webinar related uploads.
