Macro Editor Improvement: Pop-Out Console Menu

Hello,

When working within the Macro Editor, items like the Console Window tend to take up alot of real estate on the editor's page.

It's great when working on a single monitor, but for those who use multiple displays, having the option to pop out the Console window will free up some space to view the script in full while still being able to view the console window. This will also allow us to view the Console when we're not viewing the Macro Editor page directly.
