If somebody without host privileges joins the meeting while the host is not there (before/after the meeting), they will get a message saying "Thank you for joining, we will start the meeting when the host joins"

However, in that scenario, on our end, meeting lobby is created. This causes additional entry in meeting's host "completed" section of the site calendar.

When we have multiple users joining a meeting while no host is present, host will get multiple entries for the same meeting in the calendar. This clutters the calendar, and makes navigation more difficult.

This behaviour is currently expected, because such lobby still creates saved content (like chat)
