Whenever Host uses his PMR on Webex desktop app, the “Any page” option under participant privilege is automictically checked. When this option is checked, participants can move the slides of the shared PPT file from their end. However, if the presenter moves the slides of the ppt it syncs for all participants.

Host has to manually uncheck the option "Any Page", so that the participant can not move the slides of the ppt from their end.

By default personal room meetings have this option checked. We need this option to be unchecked for personal room meetings.

Show menu bar> Participant > Assign privilege > Controls > Any Page

However, This option is by default uncheck for the scheduled meetings.
