Refine Control Hub Alerts- Devices

When device alerts are enabled in Control Hub we often receive an incident notification almost immediately followed by a resolved notification. This creates an undue amount of noise and ultimately results in legitimate problems go unnoticed. It would be beneficial if there was a more refined threshold with longer duration of incidents to weed out issues that resolve on their own and need no intervention

    I agree with this. Perhaps a configurable timer can be added to define how long a device must be down before sending an alert email notification.
