New Report to pull on Fully Licensed users and corresponding Tracking Codes

We need to be able to pull a report showing only fully licensed users along with thier assigned Charge Codes. This report is required so we can appropriately charge our business units. Today we have to pull separate reports and do vlookups to match the data we need. When administration was in Cisco WebEx we could easily pull this information.
